How do I RSVP

Answer

Use this wedding website to RSVP by a TBD date by clicking the RSVP tab and securing your spot on our special day. The RSVP tab will appear once the formal invitations are sent out.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and we would like everyone to be seated and settled to make the ceremony go smoothly. We will be providing fans and water before the ceremony to beat the heat.

Question

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

When you receive your digital invitation, it will specify if there was room for your plus one. We wish so badly that everyone could bring a plus one but with venue restraints, we had to struggle to choose who would have this option. We are so sorry if this is a problem and wish we could have all the people we wanted there!

Are my children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Only children of close family members will be attending the wedding. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

We were able to secure one shuttle bus to and from the Charlottesville hotel. We have notified the guests who will be able to take the shuttle to and from the venue. The venue does not have Uber or Lyft available so please plan accordingly to get a safe ride home. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress up for the day! We are asking for cocktail attire to go with our classic garden party theme. By no means is this a black tie event, but we ask please no jeans or t-shirts. Don't worry, you all will look great!

Is there wifi at the venue?

Answer

There is no wifi service at this venue nor is there any good cell service or reception. We understand that is inconvenient so please plan accordingly
