Schedule
10:00 Guests who are setting up their own tents can arrive from 10am onwards.
11:00 Guests arrive
12:00 Ceremony starts
12:30 Champagne and canapés
14:00 Everyone seated for the wedding breakfast (lunch)
16:30 Meal and speeches etc end - some time to play games and relax (maybe take a stroll in the beautiful woodland) before the dancing begins!
17:30 First dance. The Bride's father's band 'The Solar Flares' are playing
19:00 Disco starts
19:00-21:00 Pizza van serving
23:00 Disco ends, bar taking last orders.
There is no time at which guests must leave the venue at the end of the evening. We will be staying overnight at the venue, as will the camping guests (we'll have a fire going until late), so you are welcome to stay as late as you like, just make sure you have a taxi organised for when you want to leave.
Monday morning - CAMPING GUESTS must be all packed up and gone by noon.
