The wedding ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside at the same venue.
Since our venue is part of the Nevada County Fairgrounds, there will be plenty of parking. Please park at Gate 4 as this is where the best parking for all of our guests will be. There will also be signs posted at the gate. Vendors, bridal party, and handicap parking will be at Gate 2. The parking at gate 2 is extremely limited so please do not park at gate 2 so there will be enough space for our vendors and those who need handicap spaces.
We love your children, but we also want you to be able to enjoy your night out celebrating with us! Please let us know by the RSVP date if you do plan to bring your children so we can make appropriate seating arrangements.
If you bring your children, please make sure to keep an eye on them at all times. There are multiple access points to get outside, a raised deck, stairs, and the building is right off of a busy highway. We want to ensure your children stay safe! Please also be sure to keep them away from the self-serve bar. There will be non-alcoholic options available at a separate table.
We will be having chicken, tri-tip, potatoes, grilled vegetables, salad, and garlic bread.
We will be having an open, self-serve bar with beer, hard seltzers, and wine. We know everyone loves an open bar so let the drinks be on us! Rideshare services are sometimes difficult to get in Grass Valley so please remember to drink responsibly and arrange to have a designated sober driver. There will also be non-alcoholic drinks available.
The ceremony will start at 4pm so we recommend getting there at 3:30. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3pm so our team can set up.
