We’re getting Married!

So after many years and the fact I’m pretty sure we are common law married Tamara and I decided to have a wedding (her idea)(and my Mom). Make sure to navigate to the different parts of the site for various tidbits of info (hotel recommendations, FAQs, etc). So due to fate our wedding is the same weekend as the annual Apple Festival in Ellijay. So if you need a hotel you should book sooner rather than later. -Mike

Tamara and I have been personally building some of the decorations and things. Now while I could tell you about the center pieces or the photo booth I would rather tell you about something more fun. That other stuff may have been fun and pretty but I’m so far the most proud of the.... wait for it...... a personally crafted and hand painted set of cornhole boards. This has been exhausting and excited to build and design. I can’t wait for all of you to play on the big day -Mike

So Tamara and I being adults with a kid and having lived together for a while don’t really need much. So we registered at Target. Our registry is full of items we thought would be fun. Hope this helps

So I’m not even sure if people are still reading this but I still have access and editing power. As far as what to wear to the wedding we want everyone comfy and to have fun. The groomsmen and groom will be wearing jeans and a button down, we tried for no ties but SOME PEOPLE we adamant and said we have no choice. So since I had no option I am giving you the option. Wear a tie if you want or don’t it is entirely up to you. We want you to wear whatever you’d like and feel that you can get away with. Thanks to the Internet I can tell you the average weather in Ellijay GA on October 13th is cloudy with a high of 71 and low of 49. So I guess fall apparel? Have fun and see y’all then - Mike
