Things To Do

Magoo's California Pizza

4919 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46254
, (317) 293-4411

Enjoy pizza at the same place the couple had their first date. We recommend you get the garlic sauce pizza!

Chicago's Pizza Speedway

6321 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway, IN 46224
, (317) 757-2787

Another favorite pizza place!

Bru Burger Bar

410 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204
, (317) 635-4278

One of our favorite places to get burgers in Indianapolis. Mass Ave is also a great part of downtown to stroll the streets and explore unique shops. This place fills up fast, so we recommend going early to put your name in for a table, then explore the neary shops while you wait.

Cafe Patachou

4901 North Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205
, (317) 925-2823

A lively place for breakfast. There are several locations in Indianapolis - this one is downtown. We recommend the croissant French toast or the make-your-own omelet.

Butler University

4600 Sunset Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46208
, (317) 940-8000

Take a walking tour of Skyler's alma mater. Make sure you check out Holcomb Gardens and take a walk along the canal.

Marian University Indianapolis

3200 Cold Spring Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222
, (317) 955-6000

Check out Michael's undergraduate alma mater. The Chapel where the proposal took place is on Marian's campus. There are also walking paths on site.

Canal Walk

Canal Walk, Indianapolis, IN

The canal walk extends through downtown Indianapolis and Butler University's campus, to Broad Ripple and beyond. There are kayaks and paddle boat rentals downtown, as well as walking paths that lead up to the Indianapolis zoo and several restaurants. If you visit Broad Ripple by Butler University, there are several restaurants and bars where the college students hang out. Broad Ripple is about a 3 mile walk from Butler Univesrity, along the canal, or a 15 minute drive. Another great walking trail is the Monon Trail that can be picked up in Broad Ripple (make sure you stop at BRICs for ice cream or the Dancing Donut for specialty donuts!).
