This was the toughest part of our decision to get married in quarantine. We have so many people we love and want to share this with but we just didn't want to wait any longer. So we have a few ideas...
On May 30th, around 4pm, raise a glass and toast us in our new adventure! Don't forget to post a pic for us @quarantinewedding or on Gillian or Michael's Facebook pages
Are you married or engaged? Post a pic of your wedding day/engagement @quarantinewedding or on Gillian or Michael's Facebook pages
Check out the wedding Menu and cook up a tasty meal with loved ones! Post a pic of your dish @quarantinewedding or on Gillian or Michael's Facebook pages
Are you a wallflower but want to send us some love? Post your favorite quote, wedding blessing, or poem @quarantinewedding, on Gillian or Michael's Facebook pages, or email us stopriverroad@gmail.com
Due to the intimate nature of our socially-distant wedding, we will have a few amateur photographers in attendance:) We will post some pictures on Facebook (Gillian and Michael's pages) and Instagram (@quarantinewedding)
Our hope is that you will share with us some of your special family recipes! No recipe is too small, large, intricate or as basic. If you have a dish that makes you think of HOME, FAMILY, and LOVE, we'd be honored to add it to our recipe book! Please send to stopriverroad@gmail.com
Moving to Norfolk, MA last year brought us a wonderful new community. Our Town clerk was onboard. She sent us all the paperwork and then met us outside behind masks to sign the intentions. When we moved, we found a mutual friend of ours lives on our road with his family - a very lucky coincidence! So...on May 30th, 2020 for one day, and one day only, our neighbor and friend, Bob Muse, will perform our short and sweet ceremony. We are very grateful to Bob and his family for supporting this wacky wedding idea!
