This is a GREAT way to immerse yourself in Wilmington. Voted as one of the Best Riverwalks in the US, enjoy the shops and restaurants while taking a stroll down the Cape Fear River.

Battleship North Carolina

The USS North Carolina is not just a cherished landmark, but a real war horse of WWII! It received 15 battle stars, making it the most decorated battleship of WWII. A piece of history you can't miss!
Greenfield Lake

Greenfield Lake is a wonderful (free) way to spend an early morning or evening walk. The park has a boat house where you can rent paddle boards, playground, and walking paths. You might even spot an alligator or two!

North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher
