Please remember that the sun is much stronger at higher elevations so bring sun protection! Pack water and snacks along with your 10 Essentials (https://pinkhathiker.wordpress.com/2017/09/28/the-10-essentials/). We will start promptly at 9am from the trailhead parking lot, so please arrive by 8:45am. This hike is easy and is family friendly. Drinks = Beer. We like beer. We also like you. So we hope you'll come! Oh, also, there will be wine. We will be hosting at our rental, which has a beautiful backyard and patio, surrounded by Mammoth's amazing forest trees. The gate code to get into the community is #0704. If security stops you, please let them know that you are here for the Wood Welcome Party. On-site parking will be available across the street from the cabin: as you enter through the main gates, continue past the clubhouse on your right. At the end of the clubhouse veer right and there is overflow parking in that driveway, as well as a dirt lot further around to the right. It is signed posted, so you can’t miss it. Please do not block the 3 garages or park on the main street inside the community.

Wedding & Reception

Rustic chic! We're in the mountains, so dress as rustic or as chic as you'd like! Please keep in mind that we are getting married in a meadow and bowling afterwards, so wear appropriate shoes and don't forget your socks!
The wedding will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm. Complimentary water and lemonade will be available at the ceremony site. Join us after the ceremony for an epic cocktail hour full of fun and adventure! We'll have a book lounge, photobooth, lawn games, and of course, cocktails. Dinner and dancing to follow at The Brasserie and Mammoth Rock n Bowl.
