The Metcalf Bottoms is a nearby peaceful riverside picnic area with easy trails and great spots for wading in the water. If you're staying longer and don't mind a drive, visit Kuwohi, the highest point in the Smokies withe breathtaking views (short but steep walk to the top!).

Visit The Island in Pigeon Forge for a fun spot for dinning, shopping, and entertainment, featuring the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. If you're staying longer, visit Dollywood and experience the thrill rides, live shows, an Appalachian charm of Dolly Parton's famous theme park.
Breweries, Wineries, & Distilleries
For those who enjoy sampling local beverages, Sevierville and the surrounding area offer some great spots. Visit Tennessee Shine Co to sample local moonshine and whiskey flavors. There are four locations in the area, but we recommend the Wears Valley Road location! If wine is more your style, head to Apple Barn Winery for a cozy taking experience featuring unique fruit wines. For craft beer lovers, The Casual Pint in Sevierville offers a relaxed atmosphere with an impressive selection of local brews. Whether your'e in the mood for spirits, wine, or a refreshing pint, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
