Anthony proposed on October 16th, 2025 in Carolina Beach, NC. Micayla was wearing hot pink Crocs. While excellent beach shoes, one may argue that Crocs are not great engagement shoes.

So, the next day, we staged a proposal reenactment without Crocs.

Our poodle, Disco, is named after Micayla’s engagement ring. When the diamond facets catch sunlight, it reflects the light like a disco ball 🪩🕺.
