You can R.S.V.P. by clicking the "R.S.V.P." tab on our website - kindly do so by September 13!
Given the small size of our wedding, we elected to not make room blocks at hotels in Richmond. However, we have listed several great hotel options on our website. Please click the "Travel" tab on our website for more information.
To meet our goal of having a small wedding, we have elected to keep our guest count low. Please check your wedding invitation to see if you can bring a "guest." Unless noted otherwise, please do not bring additional guests (adults and/or children) to the wedding.
Black-tie optional!
Both! Our ceremony and dancing will be in an outdoor courtyard, and our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. The outdoor courtyard will have heat lamps, but we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl if you think you may be cold.
Our venue, Common House, does not have a designated parking lot. There are a few parking garages nearby where you can pay to park, but we highly recommend walking from your hotel if nearby or using ride-share options (taxi, Uber, Lyft) to attend our wedding.
Please arrive in time for our wedding ceremony which will begin at 4:00 PM. Our cocktail hour and reception will follow at the same venue as our ceremony.
We kindly ask that no photos or videos be taken during our wedding ceremony. We've hired fantastic photographers to capture those moments! After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take photographs.
Our cocktail hour will have hors d'oeuvres and drinks available. For our reception, the meal will be served family style and include a salad, a few side dishes, and a main course option. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. Make sure to save room for cake! Please share if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you R.S.V.P. so we can ensure we accommodate you!
