Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport
For our friends and family visiting from out of state, we suggest flying into Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport! The drive to Stouts is around 2 hours from the airport. If you need transportation to Stouts, this shuttle service is an option to take groups to the area. Gathering Place Resort & Lodge
If you’re hoping to make the trip more of a summer lake vacation, rent a cabin at Gathering Place Resort. They have multiple two-bedroom cabins for rent and a few bigger ones as well. Gathering Place Resort is neighbors to the Stouts parking lot so it’s a short walk to the ferry dock. Rate: ~$285 per night (depending on cabin)

Airbnb Options
If you don’t love any of the resort or hotel options, you can always check out the Airbnb rentals available in the area. There are a few on/ near Red Cedar lake and hopefully more pop up as we get a little closer to season. This is a great option for groups who would like to lodge together/ split up cost as well as enjoy the lake amenities. Try to drop a pin close to the Airbnb location to determine how far of a drive it is to Stouts parking lot. Rate: ~(depending on rental)
