Black Butte Ranch

The Black Butte Reservations Team is available to assist with booking, they are available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. We encourage our guests to call as early as possible to secure your preferred lodgings. Online booking is open now. Lodge rooms have a 2-night minimum, and all of their condominiums/homes have a 3-night minimum. There is no place to enter a discount code, simply put our wedding party name (Baucum-Gooding) in the comments/special requests section and they will apply the discount for you. The Black Butte Ranch website, offers a great introduction to the Ranch. The wedding and reception will take place at The Lodge near Phalarope Lake. The Rental Properties Map shows all of the properties offered (circled in red). Just click on one of them and it will take you to a detailed description and a slide show of that home.

Bus Accommodations from PDX

Travel by bus through the mountain passes to the high desert of Sisters, Oregon is also available! The best place to depart from would be from PDX or the closest bus station to your hotel if you choose to stay in Portland before travelling to Sisters.

We encourage you all to rent a car and explore the area. If you fly into Redmond there are rental car services from the airport as well as shuttle services to Sisters.
