Is there a dress code?

Answer

Celebrate with us in cocktail attire inspired by spring. Think light/pastel fabrics and florals. Suits and jackets are encouraged, ties are optional.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors along with cocktail hour. There will be a small walk on grass to your seats for the ceremony. Reception will be inside.

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Redmond (RDM). There are many shuttle companies, but we recommend renting a car. Portland International Airport (PDX) is about 2.5 to 3 hours away from Black Butte Ranch. We have a roadtrip guide available in the travel page if you are interested.

Will food and drink be provided?

Answer

Absolutely! Dinner and drinks will be provided at the reception. The welcome event will be drinks only.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration.
