We would love if everyone could stay with us at Pinecrest Chalet for the weekend to enjoy more time together; however, we understand not all can stay both nights or at the venue. Please find the other options listed below.

Travel Note
LAST BIG TOWN IS SONORA
If you need to buy any other beverages, food, or provisions for cheap this weekend, this is the place to stop. There's a Walmart shopping center and other box stores. Please ensure your directions are loaded by this point, cellular service will dissipate the rest of the drive. There is also an electric supercharge station if needed. There are two general stores near the facility for last minute provisions (listed in "Things To Do")

Pinecrest Chalet
We have blocked the entire facility at a discounted rate. There is a 2 night minimum booking. All rentals have linens, towels, TV, full baths, french press, BBQs, microwave, and fridge. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Late check-in: If you arrive when the Front Office is closed, you can find an envelope with your key and a map of the property outside the Office under the welcome board or on your unit's front door. COTTAGES Studio-esc (think hotel room) with mini-fridge, microwave, 1 bathroom. Sleep 1-4; $159-189/night CHALETS Separate rooms, full kitchens including toasters, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware. 1-2 bathrooms. Various chalets can sleep 2-12; $209-$459/night TOWNHOUSE Multiple rooms, 1-2 bathrooms, full kitchen, toasters, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and living room. Walls are shared with other townhomes. Various townhomes can sleep 3-14; $209-449/night CAMPING ON-SITE There was a mix up of information and some RV sites are reserved by the public. Last we checked there are a few left you can reserve if you’d like. RV sites are booked on the Pinecrest Chalet website. Due to the mix up, there is free camping now in two areas.
