Here you'll find information on hotel blocks and shuttle service information. Currently, the hotel blocks are full for both Rancho Bernardo Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn. If you would like to book a room you can try calling the hotel and asking for the reduced rate but it is based on the hotel’s availability at this point. There are many other hotels in the area as well, and we look forward to seeing you! Our shuttle service will pick up guests from both hotels on the day of the wedding. Pickups are scheduled for 2:45pm at the Hilton Garden Inn and 3:00pm for Rancho Bernardo Inn. There will be one early bus leaving the venue at 8:45pm to return to hotels and the other buses will leave the venue at 10pm. Shuttles are available to everyone, not just hotel guests but the pickups and drop-offs are only at the hotels. We encourage you to use the shuttles to take full advantage of the open bar!

If this sounds familiar, you may recall that Grant & Megan Meyer were married at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Carly and her family are excited to revisit this sentimental location and stay here once again! The discount rate is $309/night. Dates the discount are available: Friday, April 28 and Saturday, April 29th. You can book one or both nights. Furry friends under 30lbs are welcome with $150 deposit
