NO, as a matter of fact, Danielle will stay put in sunny California until both Braylon and Laila go to college. (3 years-ish) then Danielle is very open to moving to ND, or maybe not, if I transfer to California sooner. Although if you ask Auvri, she may be moving to North Dakota by herself right after the wedding. After that, once all of our kids are at high school age, we all may make the trek back to California and Jimmy may "retire" out there. OR scenario #2- Jimmy is offered an unbelievable position at HQ in DC/Virginia for a few years....OR Scenario #3- Someone in Jimmy's job says "do you want to work in Paris, Madrid, Australia, the Caribbean or Canada for a couple years before retirement?" hmmmmm. But in all seriousness- looks like at least 3 more years in Grand Forks, ND - then back to California!
Did you know Rosarito is only 23 miles from San Diego International airport? You'll have to go just a little further south for our beach front location but it'll be worth it. We were told we can arrange for shuttles from San Diego International airport directly to the property! If this is of interest please let us know so we can try and coordinate After some research it appears that some rental car companies will allow you to rent a car and drive to Baja California, Mexico. BUT you must let them know you are doing this. There is an additional liability insurance for Mexico that you will need. And if you plan on driving, PLEASE take the toll roads. You will thank us. They are much easier to navigate. Some other good information; https://www.rome2rio.com/s/Tijuana/Rosarito
We are absolutely not discouraging anyone to go to our wedding in BEAUTIFUL Baja California in April, but we understand everyone's situation. Don't be afraid to reach out if you have any concerns on planning this trip. We have taken 2 trips down to this area to make sure we are comfortable with the area, driving, and bringing 5 kids. We don't take our safety lightly and we understand it can be intimidating. Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can help!
