1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Please come prepared for all weather! Expect the weather will change and can fluctuate between 40s and 70s.
We are so excited to see you at the Cabin! Feel free to stop by on Friday and hang out with us! There will be fishing in the morning, crafting locally foraged centerpieces, yard and board games, a bbq/potluck dinner followed by family band jams and dance party. Please make sure to bring layers as the weather can change at a moments notice, and while it will be (hopefully) warm during the day, it will be cold when the sun goes down. Attire is mountain festival comfy! IF YOU ARE DRINKING WE ASK YOU DO NOT DRIVE AFTER DARK, THERE ARE LARGE ANIMALS, SHARP CURVES, AND LARGE DROP OFFS, PLEASE BE SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE.
10:00 am - 8:00 pm
This is the special day!! In the morning we will be having breakfast followed by acoustic jams and yard hangs. The ceremony will take place a short walk/drive from the Cabin (think a 4 minute walk over bumpy terrain or a 30 second drive with a 1 minute walk). The ceremony will be between 11:00-1:00pm weather dependent, we are trying to beat the afternoon showers. After the ceremony there will be a provided meal and a live band! Please remember that consuming libations at 10,000 feet is more impactful than at sea- level, we recommend taking libations slow and easy. We hope to eat and party early so any guests driving home will be able to leave with some daylight to drive safely home.
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
FLOAT DAY! We will likely be recovering from festivities and hope to enjoy a nice day out on the water with all our favorite people. If you are driving bring your favorite water toys! Hopefully there will be a morning yoga session to perk you up and a coffee to start your day off right. We have a few SUP boards, a Sunfish and a great private beach to hang out at all day. We will hopefully be tie-dying, playing yard and board games, and doing some low key jams as well.
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We are so grateful that we are able to have some many wonderful friends and family members to celebrate with in the Chicago area. Come celebrate with us at Potawatomi Woods, Dam 1 Pavilion. We will be hanging out from 12pm-6pm. Here you will find easy parking, bathrooms, a beautiful river and nature trails to enjoy at Potowatomi Woods. We will provide food and drinks, but please bring something to share, and your favorite camping chair if you have one. There will be a live band, yard games and as always, a funky good time. We cannot wait to see so many of our favorite people! <3
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
We are hoping that anyone who is interested will join us for a paddle at Independence Grove around 11:00am for water sports. You can pick out a pedal boat, paddle board, kayak or canoe and we shall make merriment on the water! We will make a group reservation. We cannot wait to see you there!
