Our Love Story

Josh and Rachel officially met in June 2023. Josh delivered food to Rachel at Dream Lake Campground, and as she was looking for a few dollars to tip Josh, Rachel's dad commented "here's a tip, she's single!" Their friendship furthered at Monroe Ambulance, where they worked an interesting call together for a patient that had a seizure. They officially started dating on July 19, 2023, after Rachel claimed she was ready for Josh to pop the question. A month later, a drunken night at the campground led to the bride's parents accepting a bag of vegetables from the groom's parents as dowry for Rachel. After that, their love grew with more cats and 2 dogs! Check out their babies below! In June 2025, they moved into a house they bought together in Caledonia, NY. On August 31, 2025, Josh asked Rachel to marry him after meeting all of her specific requirements, and it was perfect! Her nails, hair, and makeup were all done, and he even had a photographer - what a gentleman!
