The room block is for three nights. The official dates of our wedding weekend are Thursday, November 6th, 2025 - Sunday, November 9th, 2025 but the rates will be honored for 3 days (+/-). The reservation link for our room block is live. Please feel free to book your room whenever you are ready. You should include your bed preference in the 'Comments' section when making your reservation. Please book your room no later than September 1, 2025. The deposit when booking your room is one night's stay with the remaining balance billed to your card on September 22, 2025. Guests needing additional assistance beyond the online booking link including updates to their original reservation should follow up directly with the hotel by mentioning the code: Meredith Woods & Richard Thomas Wedding 2025. All-Inclusive Rooms include: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner à la carte or buffet at Andrea and La Ribera restaurant; à la carte dinner at seasonal restaurant, Premium domestic and international beverages throughout the resort (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), and 24-hour gourmet in-suite dining. Minibar, stocked daily. Guests in our room block receive a $50 USD Spa Credit per adult, per night. This applies to treatments with a duration of 50 minutes or more, exclusively in the Spa. Cannot be transferred to another guest, accumulated or redeemed for cash. Cannot combine this credit with other Spa promotions or refund unused balances. Bonus applies exclusively to Spa treatments; may not be used in the Spa Boutique, Beauty Salon.

Transportation Between (PVR) Airport & Velas Vallarta

To book transportation with VIP service, our guests should email: guestservicevv@velasresorts.com with their flight information. This service is $19 USD per person (one way) for two or more travelers and must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you will need a car seat, please be sure to mention this when booking transportation. Note: If booking VIP service as a solo traveler, the cost is $38 USD per person (one way).
