Hampton Inn Boulder/Louisville

Another hotel option a bit further outside Boulder. Unfortunately the shuttle will not go to this hotel, so we recommend you rent a car or plan on Ubering to the wedding venue if you stay here as it is a 20 minute drive from the venue. To reserve one of the rooms we have blocked, please call the hotel directly and mention that you would like to reserve one of the rooms under "Meredith Todd" for June 16-19 (dates, names, and any other info can be changed by talking to them).

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Main Hotels to Wedding Venue

June 18, 2023 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle to the venue will loop from the main hotels to the venue. The shuttles will depart at 4:00 and 4:10 starting at the Embassy Suites, then the Marriott, then to the venue. Return shuttles back to the Embassy Suites and Marriott at the end of the night will leave approximately at 8:00, 9:00 and 10:10 PM.
