Short answer - It's up to you! Long answer... For guests' staying at the Embassy Suites and Marriott hotels, we will have shuttles to the venue departing the Embassy Suites at 4:00 and 4:10 which will loop to the Marriott, then the venue, and return you at the end of the night. These hotels are smack dab in downtown Boulder, and there are plenty of things that are walkable from the hotel (ex. coffee shops, Pearl Street Mall, and some nearby hikes!) for the rest of the time you are in Boulder. If walking is not your thing, Ubers are plentiful and available to take the whole weekend. If you spend the weekend in Boulder without a car, the longest Uber ride you will have will be from the airport to the hotel, which is about 35 minutes without traffic. Renting a car would be advised if you plan to stay at the Hampton Inn, wanted to see more sights around Colorado (ex. Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver, or anything else!) or just prefer to have a car. There is plenty of free parking at the wedding venue, but please contact the hotel directly to inquire about parking rates at the hotel.
Yes! Dinner at the ceremony will be served buffet-style, and there will be plenty of options for people to choose from (including for vegetarians, pescatarians, and kosher).
