Shuttle

There will be two shuttles (one for each hotel) going to and from the venue. Pickup times are approximately 4:15 and 4:30 at each hotel. Hotel staff will be aware of the shuttles and able to provide direction. If there are any questions or emergencies, please contact our transportation specialist, Erin, at (330) 417-0575. Shuttles will run continuous trips back to each hotel later in the night!

Flight
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is the easiest way to travel to Raleigh! The airport is about 20 minutes from both hotels. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the Raleigh area, and rental car services are available at RDU if needed.
