What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire or Semi-Formal is preferred for our evening ceremony and reception. Want to match our vibe? Art Deco is the way to go, add some jewel tones (emerald, burgundy, plum/eggplant, navy) and you’re set.

Are My Kids Invited, too?

Answer

Sorry, this will be an Adult-Only wedding. While we absolutely love your entire family, we want our wedding to be your night off and kid-free. Find a sitter and enjoy the party with us! (Besides, there's an open bar.)

Is Everything at Cafe Brauer?

Answer

Yes! To make things simple, we will be utilizing all of Cafe Brauer's grounds for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Cafe Brauer is less than a 10-minute walk from Hotel Lincoln and is next door to the Lincoln Park Zoo. Our ceremony will be held in Cafe Brauer’s South Loggia and Cocktail Hour will be hosted in the North Loggia. Then you will find your seat in the main ballroom for dinner and dancing.

What if I have a Nut Allergy or Gluten-Free?

Answer

You're in luck, there will be no nuts at our wedding; just a few crazy people. Both the Bride and Mother of the Bride are allergic and have assured there will be no nuts of any kind at our special event. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include them in your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate. We will also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options!
