Maid of Honor
Skylar and Meredith took on the world together and had the wildest ride along the way. As polar opposites, the two of them found a rare friendship, the kind of friendship that asks for nothing and gives forever. They are sisters in every way but blood. Meredith says that Skylar has taught her that best friends are not the ones who pick you up when you fall - they are the ones that get down on the ground with you and create a plan to stand up again. Skylar has never asked Meredith to be anything other than herself, and in some ways, she is the woman she is today because of growing up with Skylar.
Best Man
Braeden and Evan are best friends and always have been. Not only did they grow up together, they CHOSE to be college roommates two years in a row, and in their cramped dorm room their friendship only became stronger. Evan has a way of reminding you of who you are. He is not afraid to tell you the things that you need to hear. He makes a habit of keeping tabs on the people in his life, making sure no one feels forgotten.

No one has taught Meredith more about resiliency, strength, and self-love than her sister, and somewhere between ruining their mom's porch with their vaseline "foot spas" and learning how to navigate adulthood together, they became best friends. Everyone always says that about their sisters, but Meredith and Ella love without exception in a way that many sisters never experience. Our lives continues to be better and more beautiful because she is a part of them. Meredith says that having her as a little sister has been one of the best gifts anyone could have ever given her.
Groomsman
When Garrett walks into a room, everyone notices. But this isn't just because he is a towering individual, it's because he brings a calm and comfort to a room where there could have been none. He is realistic and reassuring in a way that melts away every worry and brings peace instantaneously to the whole family. Garrett is a teacher, which makes a lot of sense as the epitome of a gentle giant. He is also silly, but not in a ridiculous or immature way. He is silly in a way that is free and true to himself with every laugh. Life is tough, but Garrett just makes it seem more bearable.
Bridesmaid
Meredith has always had a theory about soulmates and never really thought of them in the traditional sense believing that one has many soulmates in the sense that one's soulmate is merely a type of person rather than a specific individual. For her, these soulmates are people you meet whose souls immediately and effortlessly linked to your own. Taylor is one of Meredith's soulmates. They met Meredith's second year in the Singing Hoosiers when Taylor joined the group, and she didn't know then that demanding Taylor sit next to her would be one of the greatest decisions of her life.
Groomsman
Skylar is a passionate man in every possible way one can be, and we have been fortunate to be on the receiving end of such love, loyalty, and friendship. He is someone who would drop absolutely everything in his life to help someone he loves. Taylor and Skylar recently got married back in October, and I could not be happier that these two beautiful humans found one another. He is one of the most intelligent and self aware individuals I have ever met, which has made him an irreplaceable friend to us. As one of the later additions to our chosen family, Skylar has proven his worth over and over again with his bear-sized hugs and bear-sized heart.
Bridesmaid
Sophie has been Meredith's partner-in-crime since day one. (Day one being audition day for the Singing Hoosiers.) She proved this "partner-in-crime" status the first day they met when Sophie leaned over and asked Meredith to help her get through the audition since the woman sitting next to her may very well have been tone deaf. Sophie and Meredith had an instant connection, and she has continued to pull her out of the holes life creates to find herself again and again. She has always reminded Meredith of who she is when she gets lost. They have traveled the country, found love, made it through the biggest life transitions, and fought like hell to maintain our strength and confidence together...and Meredith has loved every moment of it.

Sam is that special type of friend that everyone looks for and few find. He has always been better than the rest of us, and any one of our friends would say the same, though you would never be able to convince him of that. He is good and kind in the purest sense of those words and has this contagious smile that can change a room and a pure, selfless love that he gives freely. His love has opened our eyes to more than we could have ever hoped to understand. Sam doesn't see the world the same way the rest of us do. He sees things as they are and gives his whole self to changing the things he can to leave this world better than he found it. Sam is a cherished member of our family and a constant reminder for us to allow ourselves to grow, what else can you ask for in a friend?
Bridesmaid
It's not often that you get the chance to watch someone else grow up. Meredith remembers the day vividly that Ada's parents, her aunt and uncle, told her that she was coming. She was also in the hospital the day Ada was born. Now at 14, Meredith voluntarily plays the role of big sister, a role she knows well, and Ella has had the chance to do the same. Corey and Staci are nine years apart, so it was inevitable that Ada would be significantly younger than her cousins, but friendship is not inevitable, it's earned, and Meredith feels so lucky to have a friend in Ada. We are so proud of the intelligent, thoughtful, and strong woman she is becoming. We are her cheerleaders, her confidants, but mostly, her friends.
Groomsman
Braeden watched Landon grow up and is proud to be able to say he was a part of raising him. As Landon has matured into a young adult, the two have redefined their relationship into a rewarding friendship. Landon is an all-or-nothing type of guy who refuses to put forward less than 100% into everything he does. He makes a priority of spending quality time with the people he values most. He is witty and laugh-out-loud funny, gentle, kind, and above all, unapologetically himself, one of our favorite things about him.
Ring Bearer
As soon as we got engaged, Caedmon said to Meredith, "does this mean you're going to be like my sister? I've always wanted a sister." Caedmon is one of the most creative kids we know. His imagination has always been larger than life, and as we've watched him grow, we've witnessed the infectious passion and confidence behind everything he does. He is eager to share his interests with you, and he will enthusiastically listen to you share yours. If there were a competition for ring bearers, Caedmon would undoubtedly strive for first place.
