What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer cocktail attire (e.g., cocktail dresses in lightweight fabrics, suits and ties). The weather in Virginia in August is often humid and warm, so we recommend guests wear clothing that will help them stay cool.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that no young children attend the wedding ceremony or reception.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels listed on our wedding website. Guests may also drive to the venue if they prefer, but parking is limited.

Will the ceremony/reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place in a renovated greenhouse and the surrounding grounds. The majority of our event will be taking place outdoors or in a space which is open to the outdoors.
