All guests are invited to join us at Ruby's Arcade starting at 7:30pm. Enjoy games, drinks, and light refreshments on us from 7:30-9:00pm, with a cash bar available after 9:00pm.

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Summer Cocktail Attire

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. Part of our wedding will take place on a grassy lawn and parking will be in a gravel parking lot, so we recommend guests be mindful of this when selecting footwear. We recommend not wearing stilettos or narrow-heeled shoes as there are small gaps in the beautiful rustic-style flooring of the reception area. We will be offering transportation to and from the venue for guests staying in our recommended hotels (hotels are listed under "Travel" on our website). If you are not planning to use the provided transportation, there is limited parking available on-site. You will see two signs to turn into the orchard. Please proceed to the second entrance (marked by a second sign). The first entrance is for the distribution center for the orchard and not the wedding venue.
