Shuttles will be provided! They'll arrive at the hotel by 2:45 PM and depart promptly at 3:00 PM - no exceptions, so please don't be late. If you miss the shuttle, you're welcome to grab an Uber to the venue instead. If you're late, you won't be allowed in.
The ceremony will be held in a church with air conditioning, so you'll be nice and cool. The reception will be outdoors, including the dinner tables, so dress accordingly - but don't worry, the dance floor will be indoors once the party gets going!
Yes! We love your little ones and can't wait to celebrate with your whole family. We just ask that guests plan to take young children back to the hotel by 8:30 PM - once the dancing and celebrating really get going, we want the party to be an adults-only affair for the rest of the night. Sorry!
