YES! Thursday night we will retire back to the Mojave pool for a pool/poolside hangout. The Theme is Aperol Spritz, so wear orange and/or your best Aperol Spritz-inspired gear. Friday at the Ace Hotel pool day the theme will be your favorite Color Palette! Wear all one color! Wear a solid color bathing suit (bright colors preferred). Matching shorts, coverups, and shirts are encouraged (a different shade is ok). Black and white not recommended. House of Colour eat your heart out.
Maybe? My recommendation would be to plan to either share Ubers or share a rental car with 1 to 2 other couples. The Ace Hotel pool is only a 20-25min drive from our hotel that Friday. So Ubering is not difficult. But if you want to go explore, go hike, and for the Aerial Tramway for example on Saturday (~45min drive from the hotel), a rental car might be better. Please let me know if you'd like help finding another couple to share a car with!
Great question. You should plan to cover most activities you'd like to join, and we will likely 'settle up' after the event. I've used an app called Splitwise that works really well for this, or I may just use a spreadsheet. I have put estimates in the schedule for the activities in terms of their per-person prices/costs. I'm not too worried about this and know that we will figure it out, again likely after the event. Some things have been pre-paid already and some things will bill us as they happen. You can also make things easier by calling the Mojave Resort before you arrive and giving them your credit card for your room. But - I will be covering some things myself, like the food & wine at the La Fe Wine Bar welcome/surprise reception, as a Thank You to everyone for traveling all the way to Palm Springs to join us!!
