Surprise Reception!

MAKE sure you're out of the hotel by 4:30pm. You can go straight to La Fe Wine Bar to hangout from the hotel if you like. Either way, please arrive to La Fe between 4:30 and 5pm from wherever you are coming from. Mer will arrive around 5:15pm. This is the moment we'll yell "SURPRISE!!!" when Meredith walks in!!! We will then have a surprise birthday party and reception at La Fe Wine Bar. Food & Wine included; they'll have a cash bar for cocktails.
After Party Hangout at the Mojave Resort

THEME: Aperol Spritz! Wear orange!
We will head back to the hotel to change for a hangout poolside. Wear orange and/or your best Aperol Spritz impersonation! The hotel should have a bar or mini store where we can buy beer, etc. Or we can get some at a nearby grocery store and bring them in.

Pool Day

THEME: Color Palette (bc cmon, it's for Mer)! Wear all one color! Wear a solid color bathing suit (bright colors preferred). Matching shorts, coverups, and shirts are encouraged (a different shade is ok). Black and white not recommended.
Arrive whenever you want. We will have two cabanas and five day beds reserved. There will also be pool chairs on a first come, first serve basis. Some portion of the crew will have Day Passes while others will be covered under the Cabanas and Day Beds. Will be roughly ~$45-50pp for entry, plus whatever food and beverages you buy at the pool bar/restaurants.
Dinner - On Your Own
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner will be on your own Friday after the pool party. The Ace Hotel Pool will have food and drinks available for purchase all day - so people may want to eat lunch and dinner pool-side, or some people may want to bring a change of clothes and eat in Palm Springs for dinner, etc. It will be Choose Your Own Adventure for dinner Friday!

Optional - Palm Springs Aerial Tramway

Saturday is a free day, but some of us will be going up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Adam will collect RSVPs and likely buy the tickets all together. Still getting a formal quote but most likely this will be ~$40pp. Tickets are for a 12pm Ride Up, but we HAVE to be there by 11:45am.
Birthday Dinner

Dinner all together Saturday night close to the hotel. The Pre-Fixe menu will be ~$105 per person, just FYI. Plus any cocktails or drinks you want.
