Rocky Mountain National Park is one of America's most scenic and iconic National Parks. With over 415 Square miles of pristine wilderness, there is a lot to discover. Some of our favorite trails start from the bear lake trailhead. You will have to reserve a timed entry ticket for the park AND the bear lake trail head either 3 months before or the night before at 7:00pm at Recreation.gov. The loop around Bear Lake is beautiful and is considered an easy hike. Continuing up the trail to Nymph lake and Dream lake is a beautiful hike through the forest and is considered moderate in difficulty. Continuing up the trail to either Emerald Lake or Lake Haiyaha you will see some of the most iconic and beautiful vistas and it is considered hard in difficulty.
One of our favorite Thai restaurants in Estes Park. We stop there almost every time we go.
Down town Estes Park is a beautiful down town full of shops, restaurants and activities. You can go on the hunt for the perfect souvenir!
This Beautiful Coffee shop and Cafe was one of our first coffee shops we went to in Estes park and has remained one of our favorites. Stop in for a cozy cup of Joe or a delicious baked good or pizza.
Walking around this central lake makes for a full 3.7 mile loop around the lake enjoying the community of mountain peaks in every direction. This easy paved loop can be started at the visitor center and is a good place to enjoy a stroll.
