We know that traveling for a destination wedding is a big commitment, and it truly means the world to us that you’re making the trip to be there. To make things as easy and stress-free as possible, we’ve partnered with a wedding planner who will be assisting with travel accommodations, resort details, and any questions you may have along the way. Whether you need help booking, have questions about the resort, or just aren’t sure where to start—they are there for you! We chose this resort so that everything can be in one place—our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—creating a seamless, relaxing, and unforgettable experience for everyone. For those who may not be familiar, an all-inclusive resort means that your stay includes your accommodations, meals, drinks (including alcohol), and many on-site activities. Once you arrive, you can truly unwind and enjoy your time without worrying about additional costs for dining or entertainment. We would absolutely love for you to turn this trip into a vacation if you’re able! Whether you choose to stay a few extra days to relax by the beach or pool, enjoy the resort’s restaurants and amenities, or explore excursions nearby, it’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a tropical getaway while celebrating with us. We want your travel experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible! Here are a few helpful tips as you plan your trip to Punta Cana: ✈️ Passport Required All guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. Be sure to check your expiration date—many airlines recommend that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. 🛫 Flights & Airport You’ll be flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), which is about a short drive from the resort. Transportation options will be available, and we will share more details as we get closer. 🎒 What to Pack Think beachy and comfortable! Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, swimsuits, sandals, and light clothing. We’ll also share attire details for wedding events so you can plan accordingly. 💵 Currency & Extras While most things are included at the resort, you may want to bring some cash for tips, excursions, or off-resort purchases. U.S. dollars are widely accepted. 📱 Staying Connected Check with your phone provider about international plans or consider using Wi-Fi at the resort to stay connected. 🌴 Make It a Getaway If you’re able, we highly recommend extending your stay! The resort offers amazing amenities, and there are plenty of excursions and activities to enjoy in Punta Cana.
