Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us. We each wrote a little something personal about our respective members.

Kristina Rodriguez

Matron of Honor- Bride's Sister

Kristina is my middle sister. There are of course so many memories with Kris since we're only three years apart. From wearing matching outfits when we were young, taking karate lessons together (she had the meanest hiyah!), choreographing our own dances to Disney movies, pretending to be the pink and yellow Power Rangers to quoting thousands of movie lines at the drop of a hat. I'm very blessed and thankful to have her be a part of our special day as Matron of Honor. Love you, Kiki!

Kaitlyn Menendez

Bridesmaid- Bride's Sister

Kaitlyn is my youngest sister (the baby!). Although we may have a whopping nine years separating us (she will tell you ten years to make me feel older) we have a strong sisterly bond. From growing pains to boy advice, there's nothing we wouldn't do for each other. If I could have a second Maid of Honor, Kaitlyn would be it no question; but she was Kristina's MOH, so all is good. Regardless of wedding titles, the most important title is "sister" to which I'm proud to call Kaitlyn. Love you, Kaity!

Vanessa Thompson

Bridesmaid- Bride's Cousin

Vanessa is my cousin from my mom's side. Being so close in age, we've shared many moments growing up. From weekends spent at either cousin's house with our families, vacations to the beach, Disney trips to sleepovers, DJ parties and our first cousin cruise without the parentals. We've bonded over movies, music (Spice Girls phase) and boys. Thank you for sharing in our special day, Vane!

Heather Stratton

Bridesmaid- Groom's Sister

Heather is the 'youngest' of my twin sisters. Growing up we built numerous memories mostly stemming around our love for video games, sports and poking fun at those whom take themselves too seriously. I still remember her 21st birthday when the two of us put together an impromptu party of pizza, mixed drinks and a lot of drunken World of Warcraft nonsense. Heather has been a great sounding board and an honest perspective when helping me through tough times in life. I am fortunate to call her my sister and glad to have her take part in this special day.

Brittany Morgan

Bridesmaid- Groom's Sister

Brittany is the 'oldest' of my twin sisters. Growing up we had a mix of great memories and overly-competitive rivalries. We'd often butt heads but that conflict and competition made us better people in the long run. We share a love for music, video games and movies. Brittany is one of the smartest people I know, capable of tackling any challenges and surpassing all odds when faced with adversity. In many ways, I am inspired by her, both for having moved beyond some of her past struggles and to have found something she is truly passionate about. We have not always seen eye to eye as kids but I wouldn't trade what I have with my sister for anything and glad to have her take part in this special day as well.

Anthony Reddington

Man of Honor- Groom's "Brother"

Anthony is my eldest "brother from another mother". I had become good friends with Alex (his younger brother) and by extension Anthony as well. The two of us had gotten into plenty of trouble and mischief but not without a sense of fun and adventure to it. Through thick and thin Anthony has held a close link to our family and it was sad to see him move back to Kentucky after he'd lived with us in Naples. My most thankful memory was him dropping everything to drive several states to attend my grandfather's funeral and console my family; many of whom (my late grandfather included) he had never met. He's always been the person I can count and rely upon regardless of the circumstances. I am fortunate to have him as an older brother and have him part of this special day as my best man.

Alex Reddington

Groomsman- Groom's "Brother"

Alex is my younger "brother from another mother". Initially, Alex and I were rivals on opposing soccer teams. We eventually joined the same school and soccer team. Due to politics, Alex and I left the team but I'd gotten the blame for Alex leaving. In the midst of it all, Alex defended me. When my family had left to Florida, saying goodbye was hard and we drifted apart as friends. It wasn't until Anthony's wedding that we were reunited and properly re-established the brotherhood that we had as kids. I am grateful and fortunate to have our friendship restored and truly glad to have him part of this special day.

Randall Willis

Groomsman- Groom's Friend

Randy is one of my closest friends and the first friend I made in Florida. We hit it off due to our mutual interests and love for gaming. Over time, we became close friends and it was not out of the norm for us to spend a great deal of time after school or on weekends playing video games for hours. After graduation, I stayed behind in Naples while Randy had moved up to Orlando to attend college. It wasn't until I moved up to Orlando that we were able to hang out again. Over a decade has passed and our friendship is still the same as it has always been. He has always been a reliable and supportive friend. I am grateful to have Randy as a close friend and to have him a part of this special day.

Jamie Isserman

Groomsman- Groom's Friend

Jamie is also one of my closest friends. Although we've known each other since high school, our friendship didn't grow until after college. Jamie has always been a reliable friend that I can count on when things get rough or that I need a good soundboard and outside perspective when trying to understand things or make some of the toughest decisions in my life. He has at various times helped me pick myself back up and has always been someone I could trust to give me honest advice so that I could make better decisions than I would allow myself to make at particular times. I owe a lot to Jamie and have been grateful to have him as a close friend. I am also glad to have him be part of this special day.

Robert Menendez

Groomsman- Bride's Cousin

Robert is more like a brother than a cousin. As kids we hung out often playing video games or watching cartoons; I remember Johnny Bravo being a particular favorite of Rob's ;-). As teens, Rob would drive us to the mall or movie theaters to hang out with friends. Now as adults, we often reminisce about our childhood and still can't believe all that's happened. Glad to be adding this memory to the list. Thank you for being a part of our special day, Robby!
