When is the big day?

Answer

Sunday, October 24, 2021. Ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 am ET. Please plan to arrive prior to start. Cocktail hour and reception to follow. Event concludes at 4pm.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Wedding ceremony will take place at the Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor. Address: 861 Ballough Road Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

Reception along with the cocktail hour will be at same venue as wedding ceremony. Located at 861 Ballough Road Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code for all events taking place on 10/24/21 are formal. Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes or formal dark suit with neckties or bowties.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. There is a dedicated parking lot directly across from the venue. Parking is free.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVP responses will be submitted via this website under the "RSVP" section. RSVP section will pop up once formal invitations start to go out. If you have any further questions about RSVP, please contact Maria Menendez at 305 610 2274.

Will there be any shuttle services to/from our hotels to the wedding?

Answer

No. Please be sure to arrange for your personal travel to/from the wedding venue and throughout your stay in the Daytona Beach area.

Will the wedding take place indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Wedding ceremony will take place indoor. Cocktail hour will be indoor and outdoor (weather permitting). Reception will be indoor.

What if I have special dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please contact Kristina Rodriguez at kristinamrodriguez@icloud.com no later than September 1, 2021 with your dietary needs. We will try to work with our caterer to accommodate as best they can. Please don't submit your dietary request prior to submitting your RSVP.

What food will be served?

Answer

Lunch will be catered by Arthur's catering. You can find more information about them here: https://www.arthurscatering.com. There will be a wide selection of food options for every palate.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, bar service will occur during cocktail hour and up to one hour prior to end of reception. It won't be a cash bar, but gratuities are welcomed.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All formal invites will include an allotted number of invitees.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We currently are only registered at Amazon. Any thoughtful gift is appreciated. Our top gift is actually our Honeymoon fund. Our Amazon registry and Honeymoon fund can be found in the "registry" section of our website.

What are you doing in regards to Covid-19?

Answer

At this time most of our guests have been fully vaccinated. Masks are optional but not required.
