We will be staying in Denton the night before, and the night of. We suggest staying closer to the venue like we are, but we will be heading back to McKinney afterwards to be back in our own beds. If you plan to stay longer, you're more than welcome to find a nearby hotel or Air BnB close by!
We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. I mean, don't come wearing your pajamas, but no need to be fancy schmancy. The bridal party will be wearing black & olive green/ sage, so we ask that you steer clear of those colors, but other than that....wear what makes you feel your best!
When starting the planning process we knew we didn't want "traditional" vibes. We immediately said no to catering, and buffet was out of the question....what do we both love to eat was the next question. FOOD TRUCKS! We have locked in King Kups food truck as one of the two trucks we plan on having in attendance. They will be offering a plate of either 2 tacos or 1 quesadilla per person with elote & mini churros. You'll have your protein option as well as elote toppings and mini churros toppings! Ya'll....these tacos are INCREDIBLE. Feel free to google them! We are currently 'shopping' around for the second truck, but we have one in mind. If you have suggestions, feel free to send them our way. As well as the food trucks we will have a desert table instead of just the 'traditional' wedding cake, and a cereal bar following the exit of the food trucks. At least that's the plan at the moment.
