Welcome Reception

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for an hour of welcome drinks and late-night bites by the fire. ATTIRE Dressy Casual Short or midi dresses, sweaters, linen pants, khakis, and button-downs are all perfect for the evening. We’ll be outdoors (weather permitting), so a light layer is recommended for comfort.

The Melusky-Donovan Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

4:30 pm — Guest Arrival — Spa Lawn Arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy a welcome glass of champagne before the ceremony. 5:00 pm — Ceremony — Spa Lawn Please take your seat and join us as we say "I do." 5:45 pm — Cocktail Hour — Veranda & Constitution Hall Mingle and enjoy drinks, music, and passed bites. 6:45 pm — Reception — Colonnade Ballroom Dine, dance, and celebrate a night to remember. ATTIRE Black-Tie Preferred Tuxedos and floor-length gowns encouraged. For men, if you opt not to wear a tuxedo, a black suit with a formal tie is requested. For women, ankle- or floor-length dresses in any color are most appropriate for the occasion. Please note: our ceremony will take place outdoors on the Spa Lawn at Bedford Springs Resort (weather permitting). The lawn is soft underfoot, so footwear that works well on grass is recommended. A light wrap or jacket may also be helpful, as temperatures can cool toward the end of the evening in May.
