First, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held in a large warehouse space, and the cocktail hour and reception will be indoor/outdoor (with the outdoor patio fit with heaters). Second, during the dinner portion of the reception, seating will not be assigned and tables will be spread across the large reception space. Food stations will be available, which will be served by members of the catering company (rather than buffet style). Third, red wrist bands will be available for those who would like to remain socially distant. While at the event, if you see someone with a red wrist band on, please stay six feet apart from them. During the ceremony, please leave a seat between you and those wearing wrist bands.
No, masks are not required. However, we will be providing masks and encourage anyone to wear one if this is your preference.
Absolutely not :) We understand that everyone has different circumstances and different comfort levels being in large crowds. We love you all, and do not want to put anyone in a situation they are not comfortable with. If you decline because of the virus, we certainly understand.
