Invitations will be sent out in February 2026, with an RSVP due date of May 8.
Because we are inviting all of the people we love, our guest list is at full capacity. Unless you have a partner that is included on the RSVP page, we cannot accommodate “plus ones”. Please ask Melody or Daniel if you have any questions regarding our guest list.
Kids are absolutely allowed! But please, ALL children under the age of 13 require adult supervision at all times. The venue has a 20+ foot deep pond and free range animals that pose hazards for children.
Pets are strictly forbidden at the venue. The venue is a working farm with chickens, ducks, cats and goats free ranging on the property. They have very large Lifestock Guardian Dogs who are tasked with keeping their animals safe. They cannot differentiate between your pets and other predatory animals.
For the safety of all our guests and the threat of fires, smoking is taken very seriously at The Ranch. All smoking must be contained in the designated smoking area (circular stone driveway in front of the red barns). This includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes, etc. Please dispose of all by-products in the provided garbage containers. Smoking in any other areas at The Ranch is strictly forbidden.
The event is dressy-casual and semi-formal. We recommend that all guests at The Ranch wear comfortable shoes for walking outside on sloping gravel roads and grass. Flat or low-heeled shoes are very highly recommended. Dress in or bring layers of clothing. Even the hottest of days can transition to a chilly night.
