The hotels are next to each other and around a mile to the wedding/reception venue.

Both hotels will have shuttle service to and from the venue that can be scheduled at the front desk of each location.
There are plenty of other options in the area for lodging. The region includes Madison, Geneva and Geneva on the Lake. All are nearby "cities" that have various lodging, wineries, dining and entertainment options.
Downtown Cleveland is also just over a half-hour drive away.
