Where are the Wedding Ceremony & Reception located?
Answer
Both the Wedding & Reception will take place at Standing Rock Farms at the Barrel Room. The Barrel Room is located on the North side of Standing Rock Farms off of Ross Rd. It sits back from the main road off an access road directly across from Chapin Rd. The address for the Barrel Room location has been "pinned" as 7497 Chapin Rd. There is signage directing you to the Barrel Room. Please note that Standing Rock Farms has another wedding venue called the Flower Farm. Using Waze / Google Maps to search "Standing Rock Farms" will direct you to 7394 Ross Rd. (the address for the other venue on the South side). Is there a dress code?
Answer
This is a semi-formal event. The ceremony (weather permitting) will be outside. The ground can be uneven and includes gravel. Get ready to dance! Sneakers and flats are highly encouraged! The wedding venue is set back in a wooded area and is very rustic.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. You are welcome to arrive up to an hour before it begins. Be sure to allow time to navigate the area and take in the surroundings.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have blocks of rooms available at two hotels conveniently located under 2 miles away from the wedding venue. RSVP by May 12th to get the special discounted rate! The hotels are next to each other and are conveniently just off Interstate 90 (exit 212: OH-528 S/River St). Both hotels will have shuttle service available to and from the wedding. This can be reserved at their respective front desks. The wedding will take place in wine country. There are many other accommodations nearby (hotels / airbnb / vrbo / bed & breakfast / etc.). Madison / Geneva / Geneva on the Lake - are all nearby "cities" that have various lodging, dining and entertainment options as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking available on site. Please keep in mind, in regards to footwear, the parking lot is a gravel lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Both wedding hotels will have shuttle service available to and from the wedding. This can be reserved at their respective front desks.

Registry details can be found on this site. We have acquired alot of "stuff" over the years. We are big fans of experiences. But your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift we could receive!
