Salzburg Airport (SZG) – About 1 hour and 15 minutes by car or train to Kitzbühel. Innsbruck Airport (INN) – A great option, with a transfer time of around 1 hour and 20 minutes by car or train. However, for most, the best major GATEWAY cities into and out of Kitzbühel, in order of proximity, are: Munich (MUC) – The nearest major international airport.
