Suggested attire is semi-formal / cocktail party.
Ceremony starts at 5:00pm. You can begin arriving after 4:30pm.
This will be an adults only event besides the children in the immediate family of the bride and groom.
There is a large parking lot at the venue as well as complimentary valet when you pull up to the main entrance of the clubhouse.
5:00pm - Ceremony (outside) 5:30pm - Cocktail Hour (2nd floor terrace) 6:30pm - Seating for Dinner Begins (main ballroom) 6:40pm - Bride & Groom Intro/Dance/Cake Cutting 7:00pm - Dinner Begins 8:00pm to 11:00pm - Open Bar and Dancing

Unfortunately shuttles are not offered by the Elmhurst Courtyard Marriot. A transport vehicle from an outside company will likely be scheduled at the very end of the night for the bride and groom and any guests staying at the same hotel to go back to the lobby for a nightcap!
