If you're staying at an Airbnb and planning to stay for a few days, send us a message to help arrange a group with others who are traveling and looking to visit some of these spaces as well. There are many locations to El Pendulo (Coffee + Book store, need I say more?). My favorite locations are in La Condesa + Roma Norte. As a kid, I grew up going here. Ryan and I visited as adults two years ago as well. He loved this place.

Tetetlán

Tetetlán

180 - B Avenida de Las Fuentes, Ciudad de México, CDMX 01900, Mexico

One of the most unique and eye-catching restaurants we’ve ever seen, and it’s located next to the Luis Barragan-designed Casa Pedregal (which you can and should visit). The huge space, formerly the property’s horse stables, is a blend of Barragan architecture and a more modern setup, with a transparent floor exposing the natural volcanic lava stones, and a mix of strange, perfect furniture. There’s a gigantic private book collection scattered throughout the space, which you can browse while going through the huge menu of tacos, tlayudas, and pizzas.
