Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and evening dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up from each hotel at 3:00pm. The shuttles will leave promptly at 3:30pm, so please make sure to get there with enough time! An early return shuttle will leave the venue at 8:30pm. The main shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony is outdoors and reception is indoors. If there is inclimate weather, all events will take place indoors.

Eight weeks prior to the wedding

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking on-site, the venue is 30 minutes from downtown so we will also be organizing shuttle transportation
