When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 10, 2020 online or by calling Melissa (757-510-4587) to allow enough time for us to update our vendors.

How will the coronavirus affect the wedding?

Answer

This is the big question on everyone's mind right now! We are actively monitoring this situation as it progresses and will continue providing updates through our website. We are postponing moving forward with our wedding on August 29, 2020. The wedding will now take place at a family owned property located at 322 Little Dry Hollow, Lexington, VA. Thank you for your support and understanding! We hope to celebrate with you on our new date!

What safety precautions are you taking for the wedding?

Answer

For the wedding, we are taking a number of safety precautions to keep our guests safe and healthy. We are not requiring everyone to wear a mask, since we are outdoors, but we will be following social distance guidelines when seating guests. In addition, we will have ample hand sanitizer and masks available for guests to use. Lastly, in accordance with CDC guidelines, we have adjusted the method for serving food to better protect guests. We ask that anyone who isn't feeling well or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please follow CDC guidance and do NOT attend the event. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 5:15 pm, as we will start right at 5:30 pm. No shuttles will run during the ceremony, so we encourage guests to arrive early.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Am I required to wear a mask or any other PPE?

Answer

Great question! We have coordinated with all of our vendors and VA laws do not require our guests to wear masks when outdoors and socially distanced. We encourage guests to wear what they feel comfortable with while in attendance at the wedding.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures from the reception on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OnCloudSantaAna so we can keep track of all of your pictures! For our ceremony, we ask that everyone puts away their phones, as we will have a professional photographer to capture the memories!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at the property. A shuttle will be available to bring guests up to the Main House and then back to their cars later in the evening. Please plan an additional 10 minutes into your plans to ensure you make it to the Main House on time.
