The Ceremony will be held outside at the foot of the Grand Staircase, located near the Main Lodge on the lake side. The Cocktail hour and Reception will be held immediately afterwards at the Gull Lake Center. Be ready to dance the night away! Dinner Menu Main Courses: Chicken - stuffed with spinach, tomatoes and pancetta, toasted almond crust, wild rice pilaf and chardonnay cream sauce Minnesota Walleye - pretzel crusted, Minnesota wild rice blend, sweet corn risotto, tomato-caper vinaigrette, and stone ground remoulade. New York Strip Steak - 12oz Black Angus Strip, smoked cheddar au gratin potatoes with smoked peppercorn glace Squash Ravioli (vegetarian) - extra virgin olive oil, roast butternut squash sauce and spinach pesto sauce
