Alec has always been a good friend and member of the Barn Crew (If you're not familiar I'm sure someone will explain it in a speech at the wedding). We really got to know each other when we happened to get accepted to Masters Student programs at North Carolina State University and decided to room together. Those were a tough couple of years and I could always count on him to help me out.
