We love your little ones, but our wedding will be adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements and we look forward to a relaxing and fun evening celebrating.
Our wedding ceremony begins at 3pm sharp! We kindly ask that your give yourself lots of time and arrive 30 minutes prior to start time. If you are taking the shuttle, you will arrive approximately at 2:30pm.
Short answer: NO! Long answer: We have hired the best camera/video crew to capture our special day. Our ceremony will be unplugged to take time to respect and appreciate the sacred space we are in and be present without the distractions of devices. There will be lots of time for you to capture moments on your device at our reception venue.
YES! The shuttle will pick guests up at the Best Western in Belleville at 2:00pm and bring guests to the ceremony at the church. After the ceremony the shuttle will then bring you to Rattan Barn for the reception. At the end of the night there will be 2 shuttles bringing guests back to the hotel. 11:30pm and 1am.
There are rooms blocked off at the Best Western in Belleville. When booking, mention you are booking under the Hinch/Power wedding block to receive a discount.
Of course!! We can't wait to celebrate with many cheers. The bar will accept cash or card. We ask that you leave your own booze at home and use the bar provided at the venue. Drinking at vehicles and parking lots is not permitted.
Our ceremony will be fully inside at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Our reception is a mixture of indoor and outdoor space at Rattan Barn. Dinner and dance will be under a covered area.
Yes! Please ensure you pick up your vehicle at the venue by 10:00am Sunday July 27th.
