We ask that you please do not book using any other methods (i.e. 3rd party sites) as this will create confusion because we will not know that you booked a room as well as additional charges for us. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required by the hotel. However, the room block rates are valid for stays between December 1, 2025 and December 10, 2025, should you wish to extend your trip. The room rate is an all inclusive package which includes lodging, taxes, food and drinks. Passports
Don’t forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before June of 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel within 6 months remaining of an expiration date. Please note that your passport can take up to 3 months to arrive, so please update or apply for a passport as soon as possible. Cancun International Airport
We recommend using Google flights to search for all available flights on your preferred travel dates. The easiest airport to fly into is the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Transportation
We recommend booking your transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport via Amstar using the link below. The travel time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes.
