When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you’ll be attending by April 24th. We’d love to have you with us, and your RSVP will help us with planning!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure you have enough time to find your seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Think elegant but comfortable!

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking available at the venue, and valet service will be provided upon arrival.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you’d like to celebrate with a gift, you can find our registry under the 'Registry' tab above!

Are children welcome to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome. Please be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can properly account for all our little guests.

What are my transportation options?

Answer

Our venue is in a secluded area where taxis and Ubers are not readily available, so if you are staying in a nearby town, you will likely need to drive to weekend events. Guests staying at Bear Lake Reserve will have shuttle service to and from the venue on our wedding day--just include your Bear Lake Reserve address when you RSVP to reserve a seat. We want everyone to have a great time and get back safely, so please plan ahead and don't drink and drive. Cell service is limited and GPS can be spotty, so arranging transportation in advance is strongly encouraged.
